Refund policy

Cancellations

 Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward cancellation process to accommodate your needs.

“Cooling-Off” Period: You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation directly through our customer service, with a high success rate.

After 1 Hour: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will still try our best to assist you with cancellation. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or is already in transit, we are unable to cancel it.

Next Steps: If cancellation is no longer possible, don't worry. Our hassle-free return policy allows you to return unopened items for a full refund after delivery.

 Damages and Replacements

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If you do receive any damaged items, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make things right.

All returns and exchanges need to contact us, returns without permission will be considered unacceptable

Refunds 

Any unused item can be returned in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@chibery.com.
